Happy Hump Day! Today I wanted to share a tasty little snack with you guys and it is seriously so easy (aka my fav things to make). There isn’t even really a specific recipe since you could put whatever you want on them however, I am going to share how I made mine and I hope you guys give it a whirl! Chick peas are such a healthy and filling bean but sometimes they need a little jazzin up. These roasted chick peas are the perfect little afternoon snack when you are feeling munchy and would also be delish on a salad for some added crunch. You will need:
*1 can of chick peas
*Olive Oil
*Cajun Spice
*Garlic Spice
*Parmesan Cheese
*Salt & Pepper to taste
First you want to pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. Next drain and rinse your chick peas and lay them out on a cookie sheet. Make sure you dry them well with paper towel as this helps make them more crunchy. Next drizzle with olive oil and add all your spices. Toss and make sure they are all covered evenly. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes, take them out and flip them around and then put them in for another 15 minutes.
